Caught in the Act

On January 4th, 2005 individuals breaking into a Salina Municipal Airport hangar got more exposure than they bargained for. As the theft took place, recently installed video surveillance systems installed by Complete Surveillance Solutions (CSS), videotaped the act in progress and provided police with the information they needed to make an arrest.

The items stolen belonged to Brian Moulton, Southampton, United Kingdom, an employee of Watermark Event Management who is building a mission control center for the upcoming Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer Project commanded by pilot Steve Fossett and set for a February launch from Salina, Kansas.
